game will not load the realm after shutting game down while in end-portal

Owner of the realm shut down the game while in the end portal. Creative mode. Now world/realm will not load past the message "loading realms". Can create and play in other worlds.

Other member of the realm can load and play in that realm.

Tried:
Deleting app and re-installing
logging out of Xbox live and logging back in
Made a copy of the world and cannot get that one to load either

It is as if stuck in a loop.
