Obsidian comes back after breaking enderchest with silk touch diamond pickaxe

I have a world where I use an enderchest to store my shulker boxes. So I have a diamond pickaxe with SilkTouch and Evicentsy 4. So every time I break the 8 pieces of obsidian comes along with the enderchest itself. Its getting very annoying so I would like if you fix it soon since I use my ender chest alot
