Stuck in end credits help!

Help please. I jumped through the end portal to leave the end and now i am stuck in a endless loop of the end game credits with no option to skip credits and the game crashes before it finishes.I am playing on a realm called" Taboooo realm" My gamertag name is :orangechikchik
