21 hours played, still not offered Better Together, Disc version

I have played well in excess of 5 hours and I am still not being offered the Better Together upgrade.

I have contacted Microsoft support multiple times, and they have given me the support ticket number SRX1409990755ID, but have said the this is a Mojang issue.
