Mouse + Keyboard and Controller(s) problem

Whenever I Connect my Mouse and Keyboard (USB) and any of my 3 Wired Controllers to the Xbox One, a few issues happen.

If I try to play 2 Player mode...

P1 (Mouse/Keyboard) Can Control him/herself fine.

P2 (Wired Controller) can build and mine no problem, but when Moving, he/she controls P1.

If 2 controllers are connected as well as the Keyboard/Mouse they all control the same person and only one person can sign in.

Please let me know if this is a problem Microsoft should deal with...
