Only 1 animal instead of more

When I create a new world, I will find only 1 sheep and 50 blocks away is 1 cow etc. So it's really weird and also annoying. It is on a screenshot.

It happens on my Xbox One S, my Windows 10 laptop and iPhone SE iOS 11.2.1.
