2 prob 3 Bugs, No Name Tags Anywhere, Silk Touch/Ender Chest, mending stuff

This issue is live since the launch of Better Together/Bedrock Minecraft, i've been mining, exploring, fishing, i've defeated the ender dragon and finding LOTS of spawner and fishing a lot of stuff and i haven't got a single Name Tag Anywhere, i play minecraft on java edition and that's not a problem at all, i have full stacks of name tags from fishing and from spawners chests, i have almost 3 weeks trying to find a name tag not luck at all, it's incredible i can't find a single one, also mending books are so low on % from fishing that's one of the bugs, and the other one i like to travel with my ender chest everywhere and there is a bug whenever i silk touch my ender chest is dropping 8 pieces of obsidian so you should fix that so people don't exploit or take advantage of that bug. i hope you please check the name tags because i can't find not a single one, and please increase a little bit the percentage of mending books, and actually speaking onf mending my minecraft pickaxe is not mending itself properly this doesn't happens with fishing rods, just my pickaxe is not mending, and i don't want to lose it.
