Horses still can't breed

I looked at the changelog for the latest update and it said horses in converted worlds can breed again. I've tamed a couple of horses since converting my world to the Bedrock edition and all of them are slower than cold molasses running uphill in January. I wanted to breed one that had a 4-block jump height to my fast horses to get a better one.

But the fast horse still will not breed. There were no hearts when I fed it the gold carrot, and no foal was produced.

That issue is still not fixed. Please fix it.

And on the subject of horses... WHY ARE ALL THE NEWLY-SPAWNED ONES SO FREAKING SLOW??
