Bug on chat in Realm

For some reason, the conversation of the characters turns into several #, like a bug in the filter. I can not tell where this started, but we can only communicate using the / me ... Please correct this.

Note: I believe this failure is a result of the "Xbox Live Authentication" bug that requires us to re-enter our in-game
account.
