Cannot fish Nametag anymore

In the previous versions, you have been able to fish nametags, but after 1.2, it is not possible to fish nametags. There were a couple of times where you could fish out a tripwire hook, I'm not sure if that is a glitch or if it was supposed to be a nametag, but now it's harder to get nametags without fishing
