White shades that shine on grass when using any of the texture packs

(Update) i notice the white shades that shine on grass only appear when i use any of the texture packs (except for the christmas texture pack) but if i use the default texture pack, they dont appear. But i still want to use the other texture packs but i dont want to see the white shades that shine on the grass because it really annoys me.
