Torches, mushrooms, etc. are tiny in players hand

I think you fixed this with swords and other items but here's all the items I found that are ridiculously tiny in players hands: Torches, Redstone Torches, Saplings (every type), Brown Mushroom, Red Mushroom, and a whole lot more like flowers (every type). Basically what I have figured out is that most of the items that can be placed as blocks are smaller in the hand than normal items, like barrier blocks.

What happens:
Holding any of these items in your hand makes it really tiny and hard to see.

What's suppose to happen:
They are suppose to be normal sized in your hand (Look at Java Edition to see normal size)
