Question mark on 'Help' button doesn't turn white when highlighting over

Question mark doesn't turn white when highlighting over the help button on the main menu.

What happens:
Question mark doesn't turn white, it just stays gray.

What's suppose to happen:
Question mark turns white when highlighting over the button.
