Lifeboat support doesnt fix the glitches

Lifeboat servers glitches:

• I cant type A in chat. If I type it, all the words I've typed are cleaned.
• My plot (in survival mode) doesnt extend the lifeboat (GT: andersonbueno81. Server: sm3)
• Lifeboat support doesnt answear anybody since Nov26
