Realms unjoinable after closing game while in the end credits

• After killing the enderdragon i went thru the portal to go back to my spawnpoint, but the game crashed before i could skip ythe credits, now im unable to join on any platform neither pc Or pocket edition, my windows mobile phone wich is on minecraft version 1.2.3 didnt seem to crash but rather booted into the end credits, but i was unable to skip it, all the other versions that were on 1.2.5 seemed to crash or freeze (pc only)
