Breaking an ender chest with a silktouch pickaxe returns enderchest and 8 obsidian blocks

When breaking an ender chest with a silk touch diamond pickaxe it is returning 8 obsidian blocks and the ender chest. It is behaving as though I'm using a non-silk touch pickaxe and a silk touch pickaxe at the same time.My map is converted from an xbox one console edition map.
