Long start time locks up.

We have 2 IphoneSE phones. We are running 11.1.1 on one phone, and 11.1.2 on the other. We are running Minecraft 1.2.5. When we start the app, if we have WiFi running, it takes 6 minutes to load the game(5 minutes of white screen) when the WiFi is off it starts right up, if we turn WiFi back on then, it locks up for a while. If cell data usage is on, (WiFi off) then it loads fine. Cell data on, and WiFi on it locks up for the 6 minutes.
