Crash of game with resolution 1920x1080

When I tried to open this game up with resolution 1920x1080, there was crash. It happened every time and still happens. To run the game successfully I should change my own resolution on another one. I tried to remove and install this game again and again but no result. One day I tried to restart the system Windows 10 but again no result. I'm waiting for you helpfull advice and I beleave you can help me with.
