Furnace bottom slot glitch

Can't insert items into the bottom slot of a furnace

So I recently was playing survival on pe and tried to cook myself some charcoal. I clicked on the furnace and inserted 8 birch wood logs on the top. When I tried to click on the bottom it would not let me select the place where I had to put fuel. When I clicked on the birch wood logs to get my items back it wouldn't work

Please fix
