Game glitched and cant move.

I teleported to a really high number and the water was in a checkered pattern.
The blocks we also messed up. I could not move around.
I could fall through the ground .
I was flying in creative mode. I may have been at the farthest block you can get to in minecraft.
I could also fly up and down and fall.
