Crash at Mojang Logo after FCU

Immediately after updating to the Fall Creators Update Minecraft Bedrock crashes at the logo. The game worked fine prior to the update.

Things I've tried:

• Uninstalled minecraft, deleted the folder (didn't have to because the uninstall automagically does it - yes I saved my worlds), rebooted, reinstalled mcpe .I've done this multiple times.
• Updated graphic drivers.
• Rolled drivers back to the ones that worked.
• Updated graphic drivers again.
• Tried launching the game in windowed mode.

All without joy.
