I cant rapidly build when facing north on my Xbox One Version

When I am trying to place blocks north while holding LT on my Xbox controller, it won't rapidly place blocks. But when I place it in another direction, it places the blocks just fine. Please fix this, I live building in Minecraft, but this bug is really annoying me.
