Bulding while moving became impossible after the update

Hi, I just have updated Minecraft from the windows store, and now I almost can't play. There is a big delay between the mouse moves and the picture move, there is also a delay when I move into the world. With this update, I also can't build when I am moving.
I am very disappointed : from a few updates, Minecraft gets so much more bugs, and it gets worst and worst.
