Enchanted item glitchy textures

since the latest update, i have just noticed with enchated items like tools, books and enchanted apples, the textures have this.. green fuzzy stuff flowing through, i have uninstalled and tried a hard reset as i was told my a RED name in the discord, but it's still happening, im currently in 1.2.3 (no beta) i dont join beta updates, please reply asap! also it only happens in first person, in third person the textures are normal
