Repeaters aren't working correctly

It is not working correctly, i built na system on minecraft console Xbox one edition and it worked, so i built the exact same system on the Minecraft (bedrock) and it not worked.
PS: this system is on the Minecraft official redstone guide, it's the" pulse generator"
