Animals Stop Following after jumping 1 block

When sheep, pigs or cows are lured with food, they cannot jump up 1 block.

Expected:
If lpayer jumped 1 block, the animal will jump up the one block to follow player.

What happened:
Player jumps 1 block, animal tries to jump but wont go forward while in the air.
Animal repeats jump 2 or 3 times, then forgets to follow the player. (while not following, the animal can jump 1 block)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lure animal with food
2. Try getting animal to jump 1 block high.
