Nether Portal's Obsidian disappear

This happned when i updated to 1.2.6.2 and loginto my world build a nether portal went to the nether my game crashed and when i log back into my world portal's Obsidian was Strate up GONE!!! Please fix my device was Qmobile S4 because i live in Pakistan.
