Server got laggy, kicked off. Unable to connect for week

I was in creative mode on a realm I rent on xbox one. The server started lagging and then kicked me off. For the last week if I am able to get logged in which is rare, everything is frozen, no commands work and it kicks me. Most often I just get unable to connect to world when I try to log in.
