Renamed Items still Lose Name after being Mined.

In the patch notes listed here: http://pocketbeta.minecraft.net/2017/

It says that one of the Fixes/Changes is (Items renamed in an anvil that have been placed will now retain their names after being mined)

However, this does not work, i have tried Renaming items with an Anvil and they still lose their Rename when they are Mined after being placed.
