Terrible Game breaking lag

Been playing the new Xbox One better together game and at first it worked great but about two updates ago this terrible game breaking lag was introduced into the game. Every single action the player makes causes the game to run at such a terrible frame rate. Which makes the game impossible to play with or without mobs on. Along with this lag, the world will not load properly and the player gets stuck.
