xbox one worlds dont show up when I click on Sync

When I click on Sync old worlds on the better together version on xbox one nothing shows up and Ive been trying this for weeks now. Can you please get this sorted as I was told it was fixed by another one of your collegues but this is clearly not the case so please fix this promtly as this level of service is not on. I dont like being lied too.
