Ctrl + Backspace and CTRL + Arrow bug

Verification builds:
1.2.5.13, 1.2.5.15 Windows 10

Summary:
Previously, using CTRL + Backspace or CTRL + arrows would delete whole words or move the cursor by one word at a time. That function has recently stopped working, making it difficult to navigate through long commands or chat messages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open chat
2. Type a sentence or command
3. Attempt to use CTRL + Backspace or CTRL + arrows

Observed Results:
Only one character is deleted or the cursor only moves by one space.

Expected Results:
Whole words should be deleted or the cursor should move one word at a time.
