Stutter When Moving Camera

Phone : (Motorola G5 Plus XT1687)

When Moving Camera Around there is severe stutter in all world no matter. ( Flat, Filled with Lag inducing things, Normal Worlds)

If I am streaming the world to a PC Running Minecraft (Bedrock) there is no such stutter
I also tried using a much older tablet and there was also a Issue

PC (i5-6500,GTX 1070) Bedrock Version 1.2.3.6
Tablet (Samsung Galaxy tab 3 Android 4.4.4 Kitkat Model SM-210R) Bedrock Version 1.2.3.6
