Enchanted Apples can still be crafted manually

Verification builds:
1.2.3.6, 1.2.5.12

Summary:
Enchanted Apples are not supposed to be craftable in survival, but are only supposed to be found as treasure.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an apple in a crafting table
2. Surround it with 8 gold blocks

Observed Results:
An Enchanted Apple is craftable, even though it does not appear in the recipe book.

Expected Results:
It should not be craftable.
