Crashes and freezes

Each time I go in my world, it works for a few seconds then it freezes or it crashes. If something crashes, when I try again it keeps crashing. But usually it freezes too. I walk a few steps and it freezes. I get something from the inventory and it freezes too. I have to restar the game over and over again but it keeps freezing.
