Hash Tag Issues

I'm currently having an issue that a bunch of people have been getting currently. "The Hashtag bug" This is effecting me on Realms, not sure if this effects on other chats outside of Realms.

I'd really appreciate if you could help me out and fix this for me. I would really love to chat with my friends on realms again.

(That's spaces between the X's and my name)
