World got a corrupted chunk

I've got a corrupted chunk on my realm's nether. Whenever I try to teleport to that chunk the game crashes the real or the game, depending on which mode I'm playing.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Teleport to nether
2 - Step on the teleport pad
