Eating bug

What I expected to happen was...:
When I usually eat then my health goes up using then food that came in 0.4.0

What actually happened was...:
The eating animation didn't show up and sometimes it didn't restore my health, The food got wasted

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I had low hearts/health to start off
2. I had eaten something (not cake)
3. Sometimes health doesn't go up and has no eating animation.
