Animal misplaced eating animation

Summary:
Some animals when fed wheat or hay-bales have a misplaced animation under the animal
Affected animals are: cow, mooshroom,
Affected untamed (or tamed and missing hearts): llama, horse, donkey, mule

Both windows 10 and Xbox One are affected, but mobile doesn't seem to have this issue (it uses a on screen button to feed the animal).

Steps to reproduce:
1 Possible in both creative and survival
2 Spawn one of the listed animals using for example a spawnegg
3 Have a stack of wheat or for the llama hay-bales
4 Feed the animal
5 Notice the eating animation below the animal

Note:
This behavior does not apply to sheep.
My kid thought the animal was doing something different then eating.
