Achievement status has been reset

I've been playing Minecraft for a while and my achievement score was around 79% on my iPad 2 using the holroyMcpe gamertag. When I switched to playing on my Lenovo Tab3 7, my achievement status has been reset to 0%, which is kind of annoying.

Aren't the achievement status meant to follow your XBL account?
