Sign Bug?

Encountered an odd bug after the most recent Bedrock Edition Update.

I went to put up a sign on a wall, and despite hitting the Enter key, to go onto the next line of the sign so I could type what I wanted...it kept going back onto the first line.

Not entirely sure what caused this and while it isn't overly annoying, it is problematic, since I recently started making a To Do List on a wall so I would not forget what projects I had going on.
