Game Lags In Creative Mode

Two issues, actually. One is serious lagging in creative mode when flying over a particular village that's close to the spawn point, which is 584, 63,12; the other is that the lag often gets so bad that the game locks up and is unplayable or it crashes my console. Not seeing this issue anywhere else in the world seed (1971142489)
