realms lets my friends play on my world but it kicks everybody and me out once i join.

its been almost a week now, I done everything xbox has said to do but nothing works. I tried playing on my realms a couple of days ago and out of nowhere it kicked me out and says "disconnected from server" and it pops up everytime I go back in, I rejoin, a few seconds go by and the message pops up. but my friends and family have no problem going into my world and playing and continuing their progress but if I try to get in, it kicks everyone out. its not just the console, I signed up on the minecraft PE with my xbox account and it does it there too. please help. I'm getting fed up cause I paid and I cant play.
