No typing appears/works

When creating a new world and about to enter the 'Name' or 'Seed', no text appears in the field.
Hence can only play a world called nothing, with a seed called nothing.

(occurs on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2)

Edit: Issue occurs when using default Samsung keyboard and TouchPal keyboard. Works fine with Gingerbread keyboard.
