Unable to sync data

since the last update on the xbox one, i have either been unable to get past the sync sava data screen without canceling it, or now i cant sync data with the pop up, it says im a guest, the old thing i was getting was were i would get asked to choose a save game, from two different times.. again it would say i was a guest and even if i picked a save.. it would give me the same messege again taking me on a loop, i can only play when canceling the sync 🙁 hashtagitus is bad, but not as bad as whatever this is lol
