Minecraft Realms: Door Placement Bug (Bedrock)

I confirmed the bug is server-side? Encountered this on Xbox & Mobile clients while signing in to the same server. Had other Xbox user try the following. He also had same result.

Today when I signed in, I opened some doors on the second story of my home. When I did so, they exploded / broke and became item icons on the floor. I can no longer place a door on the second story or higher in the home that I have built. Neither can my wife who was playing Splitscreen. Seems like above a certain Y Coordinate value, the door instantly appears when placed-albeit only for a microsecond-then disappears. I believe the door is never actually leaving my inventory.

I can apparently place other blocks, but not the door itself. Stops quite a bit of creative building presently.
