Fishing Rod Casts Too Powerful

When casting a fishing rod, the bobber gets sent out really hard. When cast near the player, it goes pretty far underwater before floating back up. In addition, it tends to go out really far compared to pervious versions. There seems to be no difference in cast power between enchanted and unenchanted rods.
