Haste Level 256 Removes Mining Animation

Using the command "/effect @s haste 99999 255" gives the player an infinite amount of level 256 haste (the command says 1 less than the actual effect though). At this level of haste, the mining animation for destroying blocks is completely removed. It isn't really fast, it just completely gets rid of the animation.
