whenever i'm near command blocks/or massive redstone creation, there's a horrible lag and it exits me from the game

So, i go into one of my worlds, then i go over to one of my command block creations and as i get closer it starts lagging really bad then my game freezes, and i get exited out of the game and none of my progress is saved. Please fix this bug.
