Can't play, game crashes instantly

I had previously reported this issue and was told it has been resolved. Well, I still can't play. As soon as I open a world and walk for about 10 seconds the game completely crashes. So obviously the problem has not been resolved! Sorry to be a pain but this is frustrating.
